Put up the Halloween decorations tonight. For some reason, they are starting to look more tired with each passing year. Could it be? I love this little witch from my favorite artist, Mary Englebreit. Halloween will be different this year, since we'll be in Washington with my sister and family. But different is GOOD! Can't wait! Happy Halloween-ing to all.

You have such a way with words. Have you written anything lately? Weren't you working on a novel at one time--seems like I remember one about Mary and Martha.
At least you still have Halloween decorations. I think most all of mine are still in Utah. I can't believe how fast this last year has gone and that October is here already. Pumpkins and Apples are everywhere! You will have a great time in Washington. If she lives in southern Washington, let me know and maybe we can go to lunch. Portland is just across the river from Vancouver, Washington. We actually lived in the Seattle area for a while many, many years ago. Hopefully, you will have nice weather like today when you come up. It was low 60's, but with great sunshine!
